Suspended Account

Why has my account been suspended? Accounts are suspended for one of two reasons. The most common reason would be if your payment method failed. If your payment fails you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reinitiate your account. Once you have updated your billing information, it may take up to 24 hours for your account to be turned back online. For more information on updating your billing information please click here.

The second reason why your account would be suspended is if your account was in violation of our usage agreement. For an explanation of why your account is suspended please contact support.

If my payment failed, how long do I have until my account is cancelled and my data is erased? You have 10 days from the day you receive your email notice stating that your account has been placed on hold. On the 11th day your account will be cancelled and all data stored on your account will be erased.
