Why is the size of my storage space less than the space I signed up for?
It is not less, actually. There are programming requirements for each space we sell. A small part of your space contains the information about your space. This is similar to Hard Drive formatting. eg. a 5GB space may have onoly 4.88GB of actual space you can use to store data. A 50GB space may have only 48.6Gb of space you can actually use to store data.
