Once you have downloaded and installed the software, simply go to the start menu and then to programs, select MyNetStorage FTP, and click on the FTP Scheduler icon. You will notice a little cube in the bottom right hand corner of the desktop.
Double click on it. Setup a new schedule and name it. Select upload, select the local directory you want backed up, then make sure you put /ftpusername in the remote directory. (replacing ftp username with your ftp username). Then place your correct hostname, ftp username and ftp password in the appropriate boxes. Then it is a matter of setting up whatever schedule you like. and click OK. DO NOT MAKE ANY OTHER CHANGES.
