I have a Firewall on my computer, can I still connect to your service? Yes, however some changes may have to be made to the configuration of your Firewall. If you have an active Firewall running you should first try to connect to your account before attempting to make any changes.
If you are unable to connect, check your Firewall configuration to see if you can allow access to the FTP protocol/port. If your Firewall will not allow you to change this configuration, you will have to disable your Firewall before connecting to your account. Depending on your Firewall application, your computer may have to be restarted with the Firewall deactivated during the startup process of your computer.
