If I accidentally delete a file can you retrieve it for me? The primary reason of our weekly backups are to ensure we have a copy of your data in the unlikely event of data loss resulting from a server crash or a natural disaster. If you accidentally delete data that you have stored on your account, please contact support to discuss possible retrieval of this data.
When are backups conducted? Backups are conducted every Friday, the prior weeks data is overwritten during the backup process.
