Problems Accessing your Account

Why can I not access my account? If you are having problems connecting to your account, please take the following steps:

- Make sure you are connected to the Internet
- Check your Firewall Settings

- Make sure your account is not suspended
- Reset your modem
- Restart your computer
- Ensure you are using the correct username and password combination by copy and pasting your username and password from your welcome email. Passwords are case sensitive, if you have changed your password through your CPanel, make sure you are using the correct upper and lower case combinations.

Why does my connection time out? MyNetStorage.com does not set login time restrictions, however if you are connected to our network as idle without transferring any data, your ISP may disconnect your connection to our network.
